Our Cabins

7 night stays receive a 7th night free!

All of our 1 and 2 room cabins are open year round. The Patio Motor Court is located in Twin Mountain, NH which is near an unlimited number of activities for every season. All guests can enjoy our outdoor pool in the warmer months.

Each cabin offers fully equipped kitchenettes, bathrooms with a tub, rustic pine interior, free Wi-Fi, CATV, ice cold A/C, new gas heaters, window type porches with screens, and carport.

Sorry, we do not provide lodging for pets & smoking IS NOT allowed in our buildings. Daily maid service is not provided in the cottages. Rates are subject to change. We do not provide cots.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Weekly or 3-night cottage rentals must cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival for deposit to be fully refunded. A 7-day cancellation is required for all other reservations or one night will be charged. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposits refunded.
